Eric King has been an employee of the Miami-Dade Parks Department for 22 years. Of that, he has spent 15 as an interpretive naturalist, developing and leading environmental programs from as far north as the historic Arch Creek Park, south to Redland’s Castellow Hammock Preserve and Nature Center.
He has an extensive background in South Florida history and a love for storytelling, both shown in his presentations and published essays on the subject.
